Our member Eddie Curtis is a fan of colour blends (or colour rolls) and uses them extensively in his work. At our February meeting, Eddie shared his experience and ideas on how blends can be used to build up images as well as adding depth and interest. His tips and tricks for rolling reliable blends were really helpful for members – experienced and beginners. And he brought along some inked up acetates in a range of shades – great fun was had playing with colour combinations and how they might work as blends.
